Inquiries and applications

Forms collect your name, email, service, general location, description of your needs or approach, and an optional website link. Provider applications may include answers about presence and supporting practices. We use these details to review inquiries and applications and reply. Please avoid sharing a home address or sensitive documents.

Storage and spam prevention

Submissions are stored in an owner-access private inbox hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. A copy is sent through Web3Forms to notify Dr. Burton by email. A website receipt confirms storage; email delivery is separate. To limit repeated submissions, the server derives an hourly hash from an IP address; that hash is stored with the inquiry. The raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry table. The hashing helps prevent abuse and does not make submissions anonymous. Hosting services may process technical request data for delivery and security.

Optional email updates

If you choose to subscribe, we save your email address, consent wording and date, and subscription status in a private database. We use this list for provider discoveries and occasional Enter With Presence updates. Subscribing is optional and does not affect access to the directory.

After joining, save your private management link to unsubscribe anytime. Future update emails will also provide an unsubscribe link. You can contact us for help or deletion. An unsubscribe keeps a suppression record to avoid sending further updates. No automated marketing emails are currently sent.

For signup spam prevention, we temporarily store a daily hash derived from your IP address with an attempt count, rather than your raw IP address. Expired limits are cleared when signups are processed. Subscriber records are accessible only through the private owner interface. Email addresses are not displayed publicly or sold.

Marketplace submissions

We store professional and project submissions privately for founder review. Approved profile descriptions and public contact-page links are published; profile email addresses remain private. Clients explicitly consent to publishing their project contact email so applicants can contact them directly. Email applications and responses are handled outside this website. No visitor sign-in or image upload is required for this launch. Contact us to request corrections or removal.

Use, sharing, and retention

Inquiries remain private for review and correspondence. We do not sell them or use them for advertising profiles. We may use necessary hosting and email services and disclose information when legally required. Public provider profiles require review and agreement; submitting a form does not automatically publish your application. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for the private inbox. You can request removal using the contact details below.

External services and payments

Google Fonts supplies fonts. Provider links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Any booking or payment with a provider takes place under that provider’s arrangements. Enter With Presence does not collect payment-card details through these pages. Email notifications are processed by Web3Forms and the receiving email provider.

Your choices and contact

To ask about your data, request a correction or deletion, or discuss a provider listing, use the contact form. Requests may require identity verification. We will explain any information that must be retained. Updated practices will be reflected here with a revised date.
